Topics include: risk measurement; choices under uncertainty; portfolio selection; capital asset pricing model (CAPM); Arrow-Debreu pricing; options and market completeness; the Martingale measure; arbitrage theory; consumption based CAPM; and valuation of the firm. (Fall, Spring)
