Last month, 156 undergraduate and 550 graduate Belk College of Business students received their degrees from UNC Charlotte, increasing our powerful alumni network to 32,741.
We reached out to some of our recent graduates to gain insight into how the Belk College impacted their experience at UNC Charlotte and their next steps now that they have obtained their degrees.
UNDERGRADUATE PROFILES
Andrew Fiorentino, International Business
Next steps: Andrew has been accepted to the Peace Corps as a Sustainable Agriculture Systems Agent in Benin, West Africa. In the meantime, he is actively seeking job opportunities as a business or policy analyst.
Baylee Harward, Marketing
Next steps: Baylee plans to join a church plant in Nashville, Tennessee, and seek a role in marketing.
GRADUATE PROFILES
Erin Norton, MBA
Next steps: Erin will continue her role at Belk as an associate buyer.
Evan Shirreffs, MBA
Next steps: Evan, the former Charlotte 49ers quarterback, plans to travel internationally and return to Charlotte in the late spring to start a job in a field related to his studies.
Anna Lonergan, M.S. in Economics
Next steps: Anna will continue her role as a model validation analyst with Ally Financial in Charlotte.
Danielle Avery, M.S. in Mathematical Finance
Next steps: Danielle will leverage her degree to transition into a quantitative finance role.
